So I have a pretty high quality basketball hoop in my front yard. It's really great the only problem is it's on my driveway which is slanted hill. I would move it but it's very heavy and it's better to keep on the driveway. Is it going to mess with my game to not move the hoop or will I be fine? I am willing to move the hoop I just want to make sure it's absolutely necessary. Any answers are helpful.

Interesting question. I had this issue when I first picked up basketball. Playing on the slanted driveway is a pretty common quandary for many of us. I would say, considering the hoop is on the higher end of the driveway, that you’ll be fine. Its better to practice shots on a higher hoop than a lower one. It’ll help with your trajectory and overall strength on your jump shot.

Just try and get a little run on a regularly balanced court once in a while.
